Dean Campelj awarded the 2012 player of the year
Congratulations to Dean Campelj on becoming the 2012 Green Gully Under 21s player of the Year. Dean polled 71 votes, whilst in second place was Goalkeeper Michael O'Farrell with 65 votes, Michael had an outstanding 2012 season with 12 clean sheets,and in third place Christopher Dib on 46 votes.

Green Gully travelled to John Cain Reserve to take on Northcote City in the last round for 2012. In what promised to be a memorable clash given the closeness of the 2 teams throughout the year the game started out at a cracking pace. The boys from Green Gully had done enough to secure the Runner Up position behind Richmond for the Premier league under 21s competition.

The Gully 21s played host to Oakleigh Cannons on Saturday and this game got off to a bright start with chances being created at both ends of the ground. It was Gully who had the best early chance
